Dennis and Margaret attended the Mayday Llanberis Meet. For various reasons they were the only attendees on what is usually a well attended meet.
They enjoyed a walk on the Lleyn Peninsular and on the way home took in the Crafnant valley 'a beautiful place with some small crags, well worth a visit'.
I remember climbing in the Crafnant Valley some years ago and it is indeed a pleasant place although the climbing could benefit from some more traffic.
